Redskins signed CB John Eubanks from their practice squad.
Eubanks replaces Carlos Rogers, who is out for the year with a torn ACL and MCL. Fred Smoot, who sat out Week 8 with a hamstring injury, is expected to replace Rogers in the starting lineup if healthy.
