Matt Lehr, who started at center for the Cowboys last season, has moved to a reserve guard role. Al Johnson, Gennaro DiNapoli and Tyson Walter are rotating at center.
The Cowboys are looking at a lot of different line combinations. Larry Allen is back now and still might occupy a spot. Kurt Vollers, who finished the season as the starter at right tackle after replacing Ryan Young, is backing up Flozell Adams at left tackle. Rookie second-round pick Jacob Rogers, Torrin Tucker and Javiar Collins are competing at right tackle.
  • TEN Guard
Falcons and guard Matt Lehr have agreed to a three-year contract.
Details to follow. Atlanta has made the offensive line and special teams a priority this offseason, while largely staying away from big ticket free agents.
  • TEN Guard
As expected, current Bucs and former Falcons G Matt Lehr is reportedly among those exposed by steroid distributor/personal trainer David Jacobs.
Jacobs has agreed to cooperate with authorities in exchange for probation as opposed to jail time after admitting his guilt in distributing 40,000 units of anabolic steroids and several thousand units of HGH. Lehr was suspended four games last year for violating the NFL’s banned substance policy.

A Texas man who recently pleaded guilty to a federal charge of conspiring to distribute anabolic steroids says he had close ties to players on both the Falcons and Cowboys.
David Jacobs says he was responsible for distributing 40,000 units of anabolic steroids and several thousand units of HGH, and will turn over to prosecutors the names of players he distributed to. G Matt Lehr, now a member of the Bucs, was suspended four games in 2006 while with Atlanta for alleged steroid use and figures to be among the players Jacobs exposes.
  • LV Center
The Bucs are expected to part ways with C John Wade after five seasons.
The 33-year-old has faced competition on a regular basis since he arrived in 2002. Dan Buenning and free Matt Lehr are options to take over in 2008, but GM Bruce Allen is likely to search for an upgrade through free agency or a trade.
  • TEN Running Back
    Titans waived RB Rafael Little.
Little was an undrafted rookie in 2008 out of Kentucky. He’ll struggle to find a new job. The Titans also released receiver Dudley Guice, linebacker Tyson Smith and center Matt Lehr.
  • TEN Guard
Titans signed G/C Matt Lehr, formerly of the Saints.
Lehr, 30, made three spot starts for New Orleans last season, but is very unlikely to last in Tennessee beyond final roster cuts on September 5.
  • TEN Guard
    Saints re-signed G/C Matt Lehr.
Lehr’s status on the Saints’ roster could be touch and go all season.
  • NO Tight End
Saints re-signed TE Buck Ortega and released G/C Matt Lehr.
The Saints love making game-day transactions. Ortega resumes his role as the No. 3 tight end behind Jeremy Shockey and Billy Miller.
  • TEN Guard
    Saints released G/C Matt Lehr.
Lehr has been released three times since September 6 and gets the boot this time to make room for the team’s new No. 4 tight end, Buck Ortega.
