He was signed only recently and looked fairly good against the Saints in Denver’s final preseason tune-up, notching a 79.7 PFF pass rush grade against ... well, backup linemen. Joining Dwumfour on the early cut list are DB Micah Abraham, LB Joaquin Davis, LB Andrew Farmer, DB Joshua Pickett, G Xavier Truss, and G Clay Webb.

Abraham suited up for two Broncos preseason games this year, allowing one catch for nine yards on two targets. He recorded zero tackles. The 2024 sixth-round pick will now look to make a final roster elsewhere.

Abraham (5'10/185) is a five-year player out of Marshall. He played in 13 games as a freshman, starting seven. Abraham established himself as a ballhawk in Marshall’s secondary over the last two years, nabbing 10 interceptions between the 2022 and 2023 seasons. He has an undersized frame, but his versatility and ball-tracking abilities can give Abraham a chance for snaps in the Colts secondary.
