Owen Wright was carted off the field with an injury during Saturday’s preseason game against the Packers.
Wright was carted off in the second quarter after rushing three times for 10 yards prior to the injury. The 5-foot-9 tailback was believed to be the favorite to open the year as the third running back behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill. There should be an update on Wright’s status after Saturday’s contest.
