The Packers look set to have quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the lineup for Sunday’s divisional playoff vs. the Cowboys.
Rodgers (calf) will be designated as probable on the club’s injury report, the Packers’ Twitter feed said Friday.
Rodgers is expected to play against Dallas, Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Friday, according to the club. Rodgers’ mobility is up to par, McCarthy indicated.
Rodgers suffered the calf injury in the Packers’ December 21 win at Tampa Bay, then aggravated the ailment one week later. However, he returned to help close out the Packers’ victory vs. Detroit, giving Green Bay the NFC North title and a first-round bye.
