Vikings running back Adrian Peterson continues to recover from a torn ACL suffered on Christmas Eve. And even though Peterson says he’s not yet 100 percent (he says he’s at 95), Peterson believes he’s still the best running back in the NFL.

Peterson made his case during a Wednesday visit with Pro Football Talk.

Though it’s ultimately a subjective issue, with reasonable minds reasonably differing, the confidence that Peterson expresses is the same confidence that got him to the top of the NFL.

Peterson also explained to Erik Kuselias the strangest place Peterson has approached about fantasy football.
