The Rams and receiver Brandon Gibson will be parting ways in free agency. Rams receiver Danny Amendola appears likely to go, too.

Gibson won’t return to the Rams, who are only offering him money commensurate to a No. 3 or No. 4 wideout, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. That suggests that some team has already told Gibson’s agent that he can get paid like a starter in free agency. Gibson started 13 games and caught 51 passes for 691 yards and five touchdowns in St. Louis in 2012.

And the Post-Dispatch reports that Amendola’s agents expect some team to offer him a contract similar to the five-year, $30.775 million deal that Brian Hartline just got from the Dolphins. That appears to be more money than the Rams are willing to pay Amendola, and so it appears that he’s on his way out as well. Amendola led the team with 63 catches last season, but the Rams are concerned about his injury history, as he missed five games last season and was limited in others with a variety of injuries.

If Gibson and Amendola both leave, the Rams’ top three receivers on the roster would be Chris Givens, Brian Quick and Austin Pettis.
