A happy OTA season to all.
Five clubs will hold organized team practice activities, or OTAs, this week, with the Colts the first to get down to business starting Monday.
OTAs are voluntary workouts in which full team drills are permitted, though live contact is not allowed. Players can wear helmets, but not full pads. Each club gets 10 days of OTAs.
Organized team practice activities really kick into high gear next week, with 31-of-32 clubs holding the workouts. The Rams are the only exception.
Here are the teams putting on OTAs this week:
Cardinals: Tuesday-Thursday.
Colts: Monday-Wednesday.
49ers: Tuesday-Thursday.
Jets: Tuesday-Thursday.
Raiders: Tuesday-Thursday.
