Carlos Hyde, Shaun Draughn touchdown runs give 49ers 14-0 lead over Rams

The San Francisco 49ers have rushed for 123 yards and two touchdowns in taking a 14-0 halftime lead over the Los Angeles Rams.

Carlos Hyde scored on an 11-yard run and Shaun Draughn added a 3-yard score as the 49ers controlled the first half against a completely anemic Rams’ offense.

Case Keenum completed just 7 of 16 passes for 61 yards with an interception against the 49ers. Meanwhile, first overall pick Jared Goff is in street clothes, who is one of the Rams’ seven inactive players. Todd Gurley has been held to just 28 yards on 11 carries. The Rams are also just 1 for 8 on third down.

Hyde has 65 yards on 10 carries for San Francisco and quarterback Blaine Gabbert has added 40 yards on seven carries. Gabbert has completed 12 of his 18 passes, but managed just 80 yards through the air on those 12 completions
