An undrafted free agent running back who tried out for the Colts at their rookie minicamp has been added to the 90-player roster.
University of Tennessee at Martin’s Abou Toure, who racked up 1,138 yards in his final collegiate season in 2014, has signed with Indianapolis, the club said Sunday morning.
Toure (6-2, 230) attended Dean (Mass.) Junior College and Utah State before moving on to UT Martin for his final two seasons. He is one of seven tailbacks on the Colts’ roster.
In a corresponding transaction, the Colts waived rookie outside linebacker Terrell Hartsfield, an undrafted free agent from Cincinnati.
The Colts have filled all 90 roster spots, with 26 spots going to rookies.
