NFL teams have until May 4 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET to exercise fifth-year options on 2017 first-round draft choices.

The window to sign those players to contract extensions opened Dec. 30, with Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey becoming the first to get a new deal.

Some of the fifth-year option decisions are easy, and some are not so easy:

1. Myles Garrett, DE, Browns (The Browns announced April 27 they picked up Garrett’s option.)

2. Mitchell Trubisky, QB, Bears (It was reported May 2 the Bears will not exercise the fifth-year option on Trubisky’s deal.)

3. Solomon Thomas, DE, 49ers (It was reported May 1 the 49ers will not pick up Thomas’ option.)

4. Leonard Fournette, RB, Jaguars (It was reported May 1 the Jaguars are not exercising Fournette’s option.)

5. Corey Davis, WR, Titans (It was reported on May 1 that the Titans won’t pick up Davis’ option).

6. Jamal Adams, S, Jets (It was reported April 27 that the Jets will exercise Adams’ fifth-year option.)

7. Mike Williams, WR, Chargers (The Chargers exercised Williams’ option on April 30.)

8. Christian McCaffrey, RB, Panthers (The Panthers signed McCaffrey to a four-year extension on April 16.)

9. John Ross, WR, Bengals (It was reported May 2 that the Bengals have declined the fifth-year option on Ross’ deal.)

10. Patrick Mahomes, QB, Chiefs (The Chiefs exercised Mahomes’ option on April 30.)

11. Marshon Lattimore, CB, Saints (The Saints reportedly exercised the option on Lattimore’s contract on March 19.)

12. Deshaun Watson, QB, Texans (The Texans reportedly exercised the option on Watson’s contract on April 27.)

13. Haason Reddick, LB, Cardinals (It was reported May 3 the Cardinals will not exercise Reddick’s fifth-year option.)

14. Derek Barnett, DE, Eagles (It was reported April 27 that the Eagles will exercise Barnett’s fifth-year option.)

15. Malik Hooker, S, Colts (It was reported May 4 the Colts will decline Hooker’s fifth-year option.)

16. Marlon Humphrey, CB, Ravens (The Ravens exercised Humphrey’s option on April 28)

17. Jonathan Allen, DE, Washington (Washington announced April 27 it is exercising Allen’s fifth-year option.)

18. Adoree’ Jackson, CB, Titans (The Titans exercised Jackson’s option on May 1).

19. O.J. Howard, TE, Buccaneers (The Buccaneers exercised Howard’s option on April 29.)

20. Garett Bolles, OT, Broncos (The Broncos declined Bolles’ fifth-year option on May 1.)

21. Jarrad Davis, LB, Lions (It was reported May 2 the Lions are expected to decline Davis’ fifth-year option.)

22. Charles Harris, LB, Dolphins/Falcons (He was traded to the Dolphins on May 1, and the Falcons declined his fifth-year option May 2.)

23. Evan Engram, TE, Giants (The Giants announced April 29 they have exercised Engram’s option.)

24. Gareon Conley, CB, Raiders/Texans (The Texans will not exercise the fifth-year option on Conley’s contract it was reported April 29.)

25. Jabrill Peppers, S, Browns/Giants (The Giants announced April 29 they have exercised Peppers’ option.)

26. Takk McKinley, DE, Falcons (The Falcons have declined McKinley’s option.)

27. Tre’Davious White, CB, Bills (The Bills announced April 23 they exercised White’s option.)

28. Taco Charlton, DE, Cowboys/Dolphins (The Dolphins released Charlton on April 30, and he went unclaimed, nullifying his rookie deal.)

29. David Njoku, TE, Browns (The Browns announced April 27 they picked up Njoku’s option.)

30. T.J. Watt, LB, Steelers (The Steelers announced April 28 they picked up Watt’s option.)

31. Reuben Foster, LB, 49ers/Washington (Washington reportedly declined Foster’s option on April 30.)

32. Ryan Ramczyk, OT, Saints (The Saints reportedly exercised Ramczyk’s fifth-year option on March 19.)
