Amid reports that Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his wife have moved into a brand-new $20 million mansion, Brady’s boyhood idol is trying to sell some real estate of his own for slightly more money than that.

Joe Montana’s 9,700-square-foot, 500-acre spread in Northern California’s wine country can be yours for only $35 million, via Yahoo! Sports.

With three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, that’s $11.667 million per bedroom -- or $10 million per bathroom.

And $35 million is a bargain. Montana originally wanted $49 million for the place.

If the 49ers and Patriots win tomorrow, Brady will finally get a postseason crack at the team for which he grew up cheering, 30 years after the 49ers exploded onto the scene via a legendary late-game touchdown throw from Montana to Dwight Clark.
