The Dolphins got to work on reshaping their roster for the 2016 season on Wednesday by agreeing to a trade with the Eagles that will bring cornerback Byron Maxwell and linebacker Kiko Alonso to Miami.

That comes after the Dolphins restructured the contracts of defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and linebacker Koa Misi to create cap space. They’ll get a little more after reworking tight end Jordan Cameron’s contract as well.

According to multiple reports, Cameron has agreed to a revised deal that will keep him with the team for a second season. Cameron signed a two-year, $15 million deal with the Dolphins last year that called for him to make $7.5 million while counting $9.5 million against the cap.

Alex Marvez of FOX Sports reports that Cameron will now be paid $6 million and that no extra years were added to the deal to further spread out the cap hit. Cameron caught 35 passes for 386 yards and three touchdowns last season and the team will be looking for more in Adam Gase’s first season as head coach.
