NBC’s The Biggest Loser has a new logo. And a new problem.

Via TMZ, former NFL offensive lineman LeCharles Bentley has sued NBC for trademark infringement, based on alleged similarities between the new show logo and a logo Bentley uses for his O-Line Performance facility.

According to the report, Bentley initially sent a cease and desist letter to NBC and the show’s producers. He’s now suing, seeking a change in the logo and a piece of the revenue generated by the show while the allegedly infringing logo was used.

A spokesperson told PFT via email that NBC Universal has no comment on the situation. We were sort of hoping they would say, “No pressure. No diamonds.”
