The Packers will be without a reserve linebacker and special teams contributor for the rest of the season.
The club put fourth-year pro Jamari Lattimore on injured reserve with an ankle ailment on Saturday. The 26-year-old Lattimore appeared in 11 games (five starts) in 2014, recording 38 tackles and intercepting one pass.
To fill the open roster spot, the Packers promoted second-year safety Chris Banjo from the practice squad. Banjo, 24, played in all 16 games for Green Bay in 2013, making 19 stops and defending two passes. He notched 10 special teams tackles a season ago, per club statistics.
