Members of the Green Bay Packers continued to distance themselves from the sexual assault allegations that have emerged regarding Brandon Underwood.
Teammates of Underwood told the Associated Press on Sunday they are frustrated that their names were linked in the incident. Six players met with police: quarterback Matt Flynn guard Josh Sitton, fullback Korey Hall, linebacker Brad Jones, linebacker Clay Matthews and safety Khalil Jones. They were not suspects.
The players that spoke to the AP say the allegations leave a “black eye” because their names came out. Earlier Sunday, we passed along an item that teammates said Underwood “has been a problem” since getting drafted.
