“Party Pass” is a party to pass on

We posted earlier today a blurb regarding the decision of the Dallas Cowboys to cut the number of folks admitted into the North Texas Football Cathedral via a $29 “Party Pass” from 30,0000 to 10,000. The move reduces the maximum attendance from more than 100,000 to below FedEx Field’s 90,000 and change.

(It also wipes out $580,000 per home game, which actually would have been more than enough money to defend against the inevitable lawsuits.)

So why the change? Our friends at Deadspin (via You Been Blinded) have video proof of why the Party Pass plan has been partially debacled.
