Bills safety Da’Norris Searcy appears to be close to a deal with an AFC club.
The Titans look likely to sign the 26-year-old Searcy, Jim Wyatt of the Nashville Tennessean reported Tuesday.
Searcy is PFT’s 61st-ranked free agent. If he signs on with the Titans, he figures to be the club’s strong safety in 2015.
Searcy’s departure from Buffalo isn’t unexpected. Before free agency, Bills G.M. Doug Whaley indicated that re-signing him could be tough.
And now, it appears Searcy will be headed south.
