Harold Fannin (groin) is questionable for Week 17’s game against the Steelers after being added to the injury report on Friday.
It’s never a good sign when a player is added to Friday’s injury report, but Fannin told reporters on Sunday that he plans to play. In addition to Fannin, backup QB Dillon Gabriel (shoulder) was also added to Friday’s injury report and is listed as questionable. CB Myles Harden (shoulder), DT Sam Kamara (elbow), and OG Wyatt Teller (calf) are also listed as questionable for this weekend.
  • CLE Guard #77
Browns OG Wyatt Teller (calf) is inactive for Week 16 against the Bills.
Teller was questionable entering the weekend but has been ruled out. Backup Teven Jenkins will start in his place. In addition to Teller, the Browns have also ruled out CB Denzel Ward, RB Dylan Sampson, DT Mike Hall Jr., WR Jamari Thrash, TE David Njoku, and DT Sam Kamara.
  • Browns placed LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (neck) on injured reserve.
He’ll miss the next four games at minimum. It’s a tough blow to the Browns defense at this point in the season. Owusu-Koramoah suffered a neck injury in Week 8 while attempting to tackle Ravens running back Derrick Henry. Cleveland elevated DT Sam Kamara from the practice squad.
  • CLE Defensive Tackle #92
Collegiate Bowl Director of College Scouting Dane Vandernat lists Stony Brook senior DT Sam Kamara as a player to watch in 2019.
As Vandernat notes, if Kamara were to be drafted, he’d be the first player from Stony Brook to be selected. He’s coming off a very strong 2019 season where he picked up 11.5 tackles for loss and 9.0 sacks while being named to the All-CAA roster. "[Kamara] He has already been named a team captain for 2019 and possesses all the physical attributes that pro scouts require,” Vandernat writes. Sounds intriguing.
