    Ravens re-signed CB Daryl Worley.
Vince Biegel was placed on injured reserve in a corresponding move. Worley began the 2021 offseason with the Cardinals but was cut at the end of training camp. He then joined the Lions, who would also go on to cut him, before signing with Baltimore near the end of the season. Worley ultimately appeared in four games and took the field for just 63 defensive snaps. After playing for five teams in a two-year stretch, Worley is far from a lock to make Baltimore’s final roster. However, his experience with the defense should give him a shot at making the team.

  • Linebacker
Ravens LB Vince Biegel suffered a torn Achilles at Thursday’s practice.
Biegel was signed to a one-year, $1 million deal this offseason after spending the last two seasons with the Dolphins. A veteran heading into his fifth season, Biegel suffered a torn Achilles in 2020 and missed all of that season, and appeared in just five games in 2021.

  • Linebacker
Ravens signed LB Vince Biegel, formerly of the Dolphins.
Injuries have kept Biegel off the field for all but five games over the previous two seasons. In 2019, he started 10 games for the Dolphins. Biegel can play both inside and outside linebacker and also knows Ravens OLB coach Rob Leonard. Biegel and Leonard both spent the last three years with the Dolphins.

  • Linebacker
    Dolphins released LB Vince Biegel.
The Dolphins released Biegel with an injury settlement after placing him on injured reserve in August. He missed all of 2020 with a torn Achilles’ tendon but it’s unclear why he landed on injured reserve this year. Biegel notched 2.5 sacks across 15 games, 10 of which were starts, in 2019.

  • Linebacker
Dolphins placed LB Vince Biegel on injured reserve, ending his season.
It is unclear what Biegel’s injury is, though he missed all of 2020 with a torn Achilles’ tendon. Biegel actually lead the Dolphins in 2019 quarterback hits, but if he plays this year, it will have to be for another team after he is cut loose with an injury settlement. The 28-year-old’s NFL future is looking bleak.

  • Linebacker
Dolphins re-signed LB Vince Biegel to a one-year contract.
Biegel led Miami in quarterback hits (13) in 2019 but suffered a torn Achilles’ during camp in August. He’s expected to make a full recovery and compete as a rotational player in ’21.

  • Linebacker
Dolphins placed LB Vince Biegel on injured reserve with a torn Achilles’ tendon, ending his season.
Biegel has yet to formally be placed on injured reserve, but that will happen soon. The 2017 fourth-round pick of the Packers was a solid rotational player for the rebuilding Dolphins in 2019, notching 2.5 sacks and 13 QB hits across 15 games/10 starts. His snaps were set to decrease following the Dolphins’ free agent frenzy, but it is still a big loss. 2020 would have been Biegel’s age-27 campaign. He is slated for restricted free agency next offseason.

  • Linebacker
Dolphins re-signed LB Vince Biegel to a one-year, $2.133 million contract.
It’s the value of Biegel’s original-round tender as a restricted free agent. The sides discussed a multi-year deal but couldn’t come to terms. The former fourth-rounder of the Packers recorded the first 2.5 sacks of his career last season, his first with Miami. With Kyle Van Noy, Shaq Lawson, and Emmanuel Ogbah now in tow, Biegel could see his snaps dialed back in 2020.

  • Linebacker
Dolphins extended an original-round tender to restricted free agent LB Vince Biegel.
The tender is worth $2.132 million. The Packers drafted Biegel in the fourth round of the 2017 draft. He started 10 games for the Dolphins in 2019, racking up 2.5 sacks and 59 tackles along the way. PFF graded Biegel as the league’s No. 42 edge defender among 123 qualified players.
  • Linebacker
The Dolphins are in talks to extend restricted free agent LB Vince Biegel.
A rarely used backup his first two years, Biegel made 10 starts after a preseason trade to Miami. He would cost too much under the high tender, so it makes sense for the Dolphins to sign him to a short-term extension. 26-year-old Biegel will likely be returning to a reduced role in 2020.
