Virginia Tech freshman DT Norell Pollard was cited for marijuana possession on Oct. 24.
Pollard (6'0/265) was cited on the evening of Oct. 24, but beyond that, exact details have yet to surface. Virginia Tech has indicated that they are aware of this incident. Unless there is something more serious at play, here, we’re guessing that the Hokies will handle discipline on this one internally. Pollard signed with the program as a three-star recruit this past winter and has seen two starts during his freshman year.
