Andrea Karl, the St. Louis Marathon winner, broke the tape Sunday, one week after she ran the 26.2-mile race.

Last week, the first woman to cross the finish line of the St. Louis Marathon was disqualified after officials figured out about 20 minutes later she didn’t run the whole course, according to St. Louis reports.

Karl wasn’t in confusion for long, but the one moment she was robbed of was breaking the tape at the finish line after 2 hours, 54 minutes, 28 seconds.

So, she recreated it at a St. Louis Cardinals game at Busch Stadium on Sunday, with six-time Olympic track and field medalist and East St. Louis native Jackie Joyner-Kersee on hand. Karl also threw a ceremonial first pitch.

“The number of people reaching out, just being so supportive and offering their congratulations,” Karl told St. Louis NBC affiliate KDSK. “It’s actually resulted in way more than I ever thought was ever going to happen.”
