USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships broadcast schedule

The USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships open Wednesday in Sacramento, Calif. NBC, NBCSN, NBC Sports Live Extra and Universal Sports coverage begins Friday night.

The meet’s highlights include the first event, the shot put, being held on the grounds of California’s state Capitol.

Later at Hornet Stadium, Olympic champions Allyson Felix, LaShawn Merritt, Sanya Richards-Ross, Jenn Suhr, Brittney Reese and Christian Taylor are slated to be among the headliners.

The broadcast team will be led by Tim Hutchings, Ato Boldon, Lewis Johnson, Craig Masback and Dwight Stones.
