Graham was added to give fifth-round pick Randy Bullock some competition. Now 34 years old, the NFL’s fourth most accurate field goal kicker of all time has yet to find full-time work since leaving Cincinnati after the 2009 season.

“Even if Billy was ready to go, which I still think he’s nursing that thing back, he’s still not 100 percent, Shayne got the week of practice,” explained Harbaugh. The Browns allow the 12th-most fantasy points to opposing kickers.

His Saturday morning workout did not go well. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the Dolphins will sign former Patriots and Bengals kicker Shayne Graham to kick against the Bills. You should be able to do better for a fill-in in fantasy leagues.

He’ll fill-in for Dan Carpenter against the Bills, who is dealing with a groin injury. Graham was a perfect 12-of-12 on field-goal attempts in eight games for the Patriots last season, but you should have no shortage of waiver-wire options to start in Carpenter’s place.

Cundiff has missed three of his last five kicks and struggled from 50-plus yards out, but currently ranks fifth in the NFL with 42 touchbacks.

Dan Carpenter (groin) is ready to resume kicking duties for the Dolphins. During his two-game stint with Miami, Graham went 4-of-5 on field goals, with all four of his makes coming from 29 yards out or less.

He’s not a good bet to recuperate in time for Thursday’s game. Expect veteran Shayne Graham to handle kicking chores against the Cowboys.

Shayne Graham will handle kicking duties for the second straight week. If for some reason you held onto Carpenter during his Week 11 absence, it’s time to move on and put his roster spot to better use.

Billy Cundiff’s left calf injury has become a major concern. With two misses from 39 yards or less in the last two weeks, he’s likely to get a couple weeks off. If active, Graham will be a desperation fantasy play against the Browns this week.

Graham nailed two field and two extra points as a replacement for Billy Cundiff two weeks ago. His release is a sign that the Ravens are confident in Cundiff’s calf heading into the postseason.
