Coby White (groin) is probable for Friday’s game against the Pistons.
White is on track to play after sitting out Tuesday’s loss to the Celtics with a sore left groin. His return likely means fewer minutes for Sion James, who logged 19 minutes off the bench in Boston.
  • CHA Forward #2
Grant Williams (knee) is out for Friday’s matchup with Indiana.
Williams will sit out against the Pacers due to right knee injury management. Sion James and Josh Green could pick up a few extra minutes, but neither of them are worth streaming.
  • CHA Forward #2
Grant Williams (knee) is off the injury report for Tuesday’s game against the Nets.
Williams is good to go after sitting out Sunday’s loss to the Celtics. Sion James and Josh Green are likely to see their minutes decrease with Williams back in the rotation.
  • CHA Forward #2
Grant Williams (knee) is out for Sunday’s game against the Celtics.
Williams’ absence does not affect fantasy basketball, but it does free up minutes among the Hornets’ reserves. Sion James and Josh Green could see their minutes increase, and there may be room on the back end of the rotation for Pat Connaughton.

Coby White (calf) is not on the injury report for Wednesday’s game against the Kings.
White’s absence for Tuesday’s win over the Trail Blazers led to Josh Green and Sion James getting more playing time, although LaMelo Ball getting into foul trouble was also a factor. Green and James may take hits to their minutes with White in the fold.

Coby White (calf) is out for Tuesday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Tuesday’s game is the first of two in as many nights for the Hornets, who visit the Kings on Wednesday. White will sit out the first game of the back-to-back, which frees up additional minutes for Sion James and Josh Green.

Coby White (calf) is not on the injury report for Wednesday’s game against the Celtics.
White sat out against Dallas on Tuesday, but he’ll be available to take on Boston. Sion James and Josh Green were the primary perimeter options off the bench, but White will occupy that role in this game.
  • CHA Guard #4
Sion James provided a boost off the bench with 13 points (5-of-8 FGs), eight rebounds, one assist, two steals and three three-pointers against the Mavericks on Tuesday.
The rookie has been solid all season, but he was able to match his career high for rebounds in this game and score in double figures for the first time since December. James has been an impressive rookie, especially for a second-round pick. However, that hasn’t led to much fantasy production. This was a strong outing, but he isn’t worth rostering in standard leagues.
  • CHA Guard #3
Coby White (calf) is available to make his Hornets debut on Tuesday against the Bulls.
It’s unclear if White will face a minutes restriction after such a lengthy layoff, but his return will likely mean fewer minutes for Tre Mann and Sion James.
  • CHA Forward #2
Grant Williams (rest) is not on the injury report for Sunday’s game against the Wizards.
Williams did not play in Friday’s loss to the Cavaliers, as it was Charlotte’s second game in as many nights. With Miles Bridges serving the final game of his four-game suspension, Williams will likely move into the starting lineup. If so, that would bump Sion James to the bench.
