    Raiders signed TE Tory Humphrey.
After releasing Kevin Boss in March, the Raiders left themselves a little thin at tight end. Humphrey will battle for a backup spot behind Brandon Myers and David Ausberry. He has 13 catches in 24 career games.
  • FA Tight End #88
Raiders released TE Tory Humphrey with an injury settlement.
Humphrey suffered an undisclosed injury in Oakland’s third preseason game. Held without a catch in exhibition action this summer, Humphrey has made just seven appearances since 2008, zero of which came in 2011.
  • FA Defensive Back #23
Raiders placed S Brandon Underwood (hip/groin), TE Tory Humphrey (hamstring) and P Marquette King (toe) on injured reserve, ending their seasons.
Primarily a special teamer in Green Bay, Underwood made the trip West to Oakland along with GM Reggie McKenzie.
  • FA Tight End #88
    Saints waived TE Tory Humphrey.
Signed just three days ago, Humphrey has been cut loose to clear a roster spot for Chris Ivory. With both David Thomas and John Gilmore rounding back to full health, Humphrey was no longer needed.
  • FA Tight End #88
Saints re-signed TE Tory Humphrey and waived OT Will Robinson.
Humphrey is needed because blocking TE John Gilmore suffered a potentially severe ankle injury in Monday’s win over Atlanta. Robinson has practice squad eligibility remaining and will likely resurface there after clearing waivers.
  • FA Tight End #88
    Saints re-signed TE Tory Humphrey.
Both David Thomas and John Gilmore have been battling injuries, so Humphrey is on as insurance. He spent the last two seasons with the Saints.
  • FA Tight End #88
Packers placed TE Tory Humphrey on injured reserve, ending his season.
The athletic Central Michigan product broke his leg and ankle in camp.
  • NYJ Tight End
Bubba Franks could be in danger of losing his roster spot, according to NFL Network’s Adam Shefter.
Donald Lee and Tory Humphrey may fit head coach Mike McCarthy’s offense better and certainly cost less. The Packers’ front office risks upsetting Brett Favre even more if it cuts one of his old favorites.
  • FA Tight End #88
Packers TE Tory Humphrey broke his leg during Saturday’s practice.
Humphrey could miss the entire season or be placed on PUP depending on how clean the break is. Humphrey was running with the second team often during minicamp season - ahead of Bubba Franks at times. This should help guarantee Franks a spot on the team. Donald Lee may start.
  • FA Tight End #88
Packers backup TE Tory Humphrey broke his ankle in addition to his leg on Saturday.
That should end the reserve’s season. Green Bay may place him on I.R. in order to get another camp body at a thin position for the team.
