Cowboys waived CB Vince Agnew.
Agnew, 25, was owed just $480,000 in 2013 salary, so the Cowboys clearly didn’t think much of his long-term upside. He figures to clear waivers. Agnew appeared in four games with Dallas in 2013, playing only special teams.
