Benjamin wins 400mH heat, records 2nd-fastest time

Rai Benjamin's time of 48.15 seconds was good for a heat win in the men's 400m hurdles and a spot in the semifinals, second only to the time of Qatar's Abderrahman Samba, who finished in 48.03 seconds.
