Patriots signed G Alex Redmond, formerly of the Bengals.
Redmond, who started 24 games for the Bengals over the past three seasons, brings some interior offensive line depth to New England. Pro Football Focus graded Redmond, 26, as the NFL’s 50th best guard in 2020. He was graded as Cincinnati’s best run-blocking guard.

Bengals RG Alex Redmond (concussion) is out Week 13 against the Dolphins.
Redmond has started for the Bengals since Week 4 and is the latest injury to hit the offense. If you were looking for another reason to bench Giovani Bernard, Tyler Boyd, or Tee Higgins, here you go.

    Bengals waived G Alex Redmond.
Redmond started 17 games over the last two seasons, but the Bengals have deployed one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL in that time. Expect them to take advantage of the waiver process in the hopes of improving the team’s OL depth.

Bengals re-signed OG Alex Redmond to a one-year, $2.133 million contract.
It’s the value of the low tender as a restricted free agent. A former UDFA out of UCLA, Redmond started 15 games in 2018 but was demoted to backup duties in 2019. He’ll compete for a roster spot this summer.

Bengals tendered restricted free agent OG Alex Redmond.
Redmond made two starts along the Bengals’ injury-riddled O-line last season, logging 189 snaps before sustaining a torn biceps injury in Week 9. He remains questionable to take part in training camp. The Bengals also tendered TE Cethan Carter.

Bengals G Alex Redmond (torn bicep) will miss the remainder of the season.
Redmond suffered the injury during warm ups on Sunday. He played at least 80% of the offense’s snaps in Week 6-8 this season.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports the Bengals fear OL Alex Redmond suffered a torn biceps on Sunday.
It would obviously knock him out for the season if true. Redmond reportedly suffered the injury in pregame warm-ups prior to Sunday’s kick-off against Pittsburgh. He briefly got the nod at right guard this year when John Miller was sidelined but has since been replaced by Billy Price (who was drafted as a center) in the interim. Price is expected to start for the rest of the year in front of Ryan Finley.

Bengals declared QB Jake Dolegala, WR A.J. Green, CB Torry McTyer, CB Dre Kirkpatrick, G Alex Redmond, OL Fred Johnson, LT Cordy Glenn inactive for Week 10 against the Ravens.
No real surprises here, but these are notable injuries for a Bengals team that’s starting a fourth-round rookie quarterback. Tyler Boyd, Auden Tate, and Joe Mixon are all fringe fantasy starters.
  • FA Guard #64
NFL suspended Bengals OG Alex Redmond four games for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drugs policy.
Redmond started 15 games at right guard last season, playing through a hamstring strain and torn labrum in his shoulder. The Bengals made offensive line a priority this offseason, signing new RG John Miller and selecting LT Jonah Williams with the No. 11 overall pick in the draft. Redmond will be a backup if he makes the team.

Bengals re-signed OG Alex Redmond to a one-year contract.
Redmond was an exclusive rights free agent. He started 15 games at right guard last season, receiving poor marks across the board from Pro Football Focus for both his run and pass blocking. The Bengals signed RG John Miller last month to take over at right guard.
