Chargers signed Western Kentucky OT Cameron Clemmons.
Clemmons (6'6/300) was a four-year starter for the Hilltoppers, seeing extended action at left tackle, right tackle, and right guard. Although he was an effective blocker at a low-level college, Clemmons is painfully short on athleticism, running 5.62/5.66 at the WKU Pro Day with a 24-inch vertical and 7-foot-3 broad jump. Clemmons lacks the requisite talent to develop into an NFL starter, but his versatility could keep him in the mix for a roster spot.
