Cowboys activated C Cooper Beebe (ankle) from injured reserve.
He took most of the 21-day window. Beebe will resume his role as starting center for the Cowboys going forward, with Brock Hoffman sent back to the bench.
  • DAL OFFENSIVE TACKLE (SUB) #60
Cowboys LT Tyler Guyton (glute) is questionable to play in Week 8 against the Broncos.
Cowboys C Cooper Beebe (ankle) has been designated to return from injured reserve, yet remains questionable against the Broncos. He was limited all week. Guyton evidently injured his glute on Thursday, logging consecutive limited sessions to close the week. Hopefully, at least one of them can play. QB Dak Prescott faces the Broncos’ top-tier pass rush this week.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Cowboys C Cooper Beebe is expected to miss 6-8 weeks with a high-ankle sprain.
Brock Hoffman replaced Beebe in Week 2’s game against the Giants after Beebe exited late in Sunday’s contest. Beebe’s 6-8 week absence will put him on track for a return sometime in November if all goes well. Beebe is in his second season with the team after being drafted in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft, and he played on 1,059 offensive snaps for the Cowboys last season. His absence will be felt by a Cowboys offensive line that was under duress from the Giants all day on Sunday. Rapoport later reported that “based on the testing,” the Cowboys are hopeful Beebe can return in six weeks.

Cowboys C Cooper Beebe (ankle) left Dallas’ Week 2 game against the Giants and is questionable to return.
He played a full 76 snaps before hitting the bench. Brock Hoffman replaced him. The Cowboys will likely update Beebe’s status at some point in the next 24 hours.
  • DAL Guard #56
Cowboys C Cooper Beebe (concussion) will not play in Week 15 against the Panthers.
Beebee left the Cowboys’ Week 14 loss to the Bengals with a concussion and did not return. He was unable to practice at any point this week. Backup Brock Hoffman will take his spot in the lineup this week.
  • DAL Guard #56
Cowboys C Cooper Beebe (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.
Beebe suffered the concussion in the Cowboys’ Week 14 loss to the Bengals. That game was on Monday, giving Beebe a short turnaround to get through the league’s concussion protocol. Brock Hoffman will take Beebe’s place in the lineup if he is ruled out for Week 15 versus the Panthers.
  • Cowboys selected Kansas State OG Cooper Beebe with the No. 73 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Beebe (6’3/322) was recruited as a defensive tackle, but moved to the offensive side of the ball permanently shortly after arriving on KSU’s campus in 2019. He started seven games at right tackle in 2020, allowing three sacks and an elevated 3.3% pressure rate before sliding over to left tackle the following year. Beebe’s play improved substantially, slashing his pressure rate to 1.4% with zero sacks allowed. Despite locking down the blind side edge with a sterling 87.5 PFF pass block grade and 81st percentile run grade, Beebe was asked to change positions for a third-consecutive season. Now a left guard, Beebe once again thrived by posting the fourth-highest pass block grade (89.3) in the nation and decreasing his pressures allowed from 10-to-9 despite playing 64 more pass reps than the prior year. His blocking acumen reached its apex last season, with Beebe holding opponents to a microscopic 0.5% pressure rate despite logging 122 snaps between LT and RT. He received All-American recognition for the second consecutive season in addition to being named a finalist for both the Outland and Campbell Trophies. Beebe is versatile, athletic and smart enough to earn his Day 2 draft capital.

Kansas State sophomore OL Cooper Beebe is expected to be among the best offensive linemen in 2022.
Beebe (6'4/322) has been touted as one of the best offensive linemen in the nation ahead of the 2022 season, so it’s not exactly surprising he’s considered one of the best offensive linemen in the Big 12 in the offseason rankings. Pro Football Focus recently cited Beebe as one of the best at his position, noting his 85.4 PFF grade (second in the conference) and 87.5 pass-blocking grade (third in the conference). How much he continues to emerge and where he stands in the draft class come April will be something to keep an eye on.

Pro Football Focus listed Kansas State sophomore Cooper Beebe as the top interior offensive lineman projected to be available in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Offensive lineman may very well be the most important position in football, though even the best players at the position don’t get the same amount of buzz as the skill guys do. One interior offensive lineman to watch in 2022 will be Kansas State’s Beebe (6'4/322) who is garnering attention ahead of the season. Mike Renner of Pro Football Focus recently listed Beebe as the top 2023 NFL Draft IOL, ahead of Andrew Vorhees.

According to Pro Football Focus, Kansas State sophomore T Cooper Beebe has run and pass blocking grade of over 80.
Beebe (6’4”/322) was the only Big 12 offensive tackle to receive an 80 grade in both types of protection. That will put a smile on the face of Adrian Gonzalez as the former Nebraska quarterback comes over through the transfer portal. Gonzalez is mobile quarterback so knowing he’s got someone to protect him in the pocket and if he decides to break off.
