Broncos signed Washington State WR Lincoln Victor.
Victor (5’9/177) started his career at Hawaii but transferred to Washington State in 2021. He finally broke through in 2023 when he went for 87-850-5, which more than doubled his receiving total from his previous four seasons. Victor played 80.6 percent of his career snaps from the slot and averaged a meager 10.1 YPR for his career. Some experience on special teams could help him stick on a roster but we wouldn’t expect much more than that at this point.

Washington State junior WR Lincoln Victor was among the bright spots in the Cougars’ 24-21 loss to the Central Michigan Chippewas in the Sun Bowl.
The Sun Bowl didn’t shake out the way the Cougars and Victor (5'9/180) had hoped, but the wideout was among the team’s bright spots. He totaled five receptions for 88 yards with one touchdown -- one of three Cougars to score a touchdown on the loss and was the team’s leading receiver by the end of the action.

Victor (Undisclosed) is listed on the Washington State depth chart for their Week 1 matchup with Utah State.
The transfer from Hawaii missed time during camp for an unknown reason, but it looks like he will be ready to go in Week 1. He is listed as a backup wideout behind Calvin Jackson. This offense will need as many weapons as possible with head coach Nick Rolovich still being unsure if Sophomore Jayden de Laura, the Cougars’ 2020 starter, or grad transfer Jarrett Guarantano will be behind center.

Hawaii sophomore WR Lincoln Victor entered the transfer portal.
Victor (5'10/170) joined fellow Rolovich-era holdover Miles Reed in the transfer portal now that new HC Todd Graham is bringing his own preferred recruits. The three-star sophomore turned some heads last year when he caught 10 passes for 86 yards and three touchdowns along with two carries for 49 yards. The Washington native was initially listed as a starter for the team’s 2020 opener, but caught only two passes for 17 yards as he fell down the depth chart.
