West Virginia will formally introduce itself to the Big 12 this Saturday with a home game against Baylor. It’s a new home for the Mountaineers, so it’s also a new chance to change the school’s generally poor image regarding fan behavior. To help, the school’s student government has made a video with a rather clear message:
