Browns claimed DE Ernest Owusu off waivers from the Vikings.
Undrafted out of Cal, Owusu was waived following Minnesota’s third preseason game. Owusu won’t be a candidate for the 53-man roster, but the Browns clearly see something they like. He should receive practice-squad consideration.
