Packers signed LSU DT Glen Logan
Logan (6’3/298) spent six seasons at LSU and became a starter as a redshirt sophomore in 2018. That season was Logan’s most productive, as he went on to total 45 tackles, five TFLs, and four sacks. He would miss two games during the 2019 season with an injury and suffered another injury in 2021 that limited him to just six games. He doesn’t have the quickest release off the line, but Logan uses bull rush tactics to upset blockers and has a high motor. Given his size, Logan is likely best served as a one-gap tackle. He would also benefit from improved hand work. Logan’s decline in production since 2018 is somewhat concerning. In his final two seasons at LSU, he managed just 27 tackles in 14 games and only two TFLs.
