Gronkowski survived final cuts with Buffalo, but was released after Week 1. He’s unlikely to get promoted anytime soon. Gronkowski gives the Patriots a second fullback behind James Develin.

Gronkowski (6'2/239) made 20 starts in three years at K-State, earning second-team All-Big 12 as a fourth-year junior before turning pro. He finished his career with a 15/369/5 (24.6 YPR) receiving line and one rushing score. The youngest Gronk, Glenn’s skill level is closer to Chris or Dan’s. Glenn has 4.71 speed and wasn’t a dominant lead blocker in college. He’s a fringe-NFL talent
