Justin Rose is now seventh in the Official World Golf Ranking after his victory Sunday at the WGC-Cadillac Championship. Rose jumped 15 places in the ranking, one spot shy of his career-high position.

The top five remain unchanged, as Rory McIlroy expanded his lead over Luke Donald to .70 points for No. 1. Charl Schwartzel gained three spots, going from ninth to sixth.

Dustin Johnson, runner-up at Doral last year, dropped four spots to 12th. Runner-up Bubba Watson improved seven spots to 16th. Aussie John Senden moved up 10 spots to 28th.

After withdrawing Sunday with an apparent Achilles injury, Tiger Woods dropped two spots to No. 18.

Finishing runner-up in Puerto Rico, Ryo Ishikawa again cracked the top 50, checking in at No. 47. Winner George McNeill gained 70 spots to No. 106.
