Buccaneers waived LB Mike Balogun, K Jacob Rogers, OG Chris Riley, and S Ron Girault.
These moves were made on top of numerous exchanges of UDFAs by the Bucs. The four listed players were signed to reserve/future type deals in the winter. Balogun has now spent time with the Buccaneers, Bills, and the Cowboys.
