Ravens signed ILB Jake Ryan, formerly of the Jaguars, to a one-year contract.
The 28-year-old missed the entire 2018 season in Green Bay with a torn ACL. He then signed with the Jaguars last offseason, only to open the year on the NFI list, appear in two games, and then land on I.R. The Ravens are desperate for inside linebacker help after losing C.J. Mosley last year and then Patrick Onwuasor and Josh Bynes this offseason, all in free agency.

Jaguars declined LB Jake Ryan’s option.
This was an easy decision for the cash-strapped Jaguars. Ryan’s ACL return lasted two games after missing all of 2018. The move saves Jacksonville $6 million in cap space.

Jaguars placed LB Jake Ryan on injured reserve with a hamstring injury, ending his season.
The ex-Packer will head into the offseason having made just two appearances over the past two years. Going on 28, Ryan is signed for "$5 million” next season, but that obviously won’t be happening.

Jaguars activated LB Jake Ryan (knee) from reserve/NFI.
Ryan hasn’t played since a 2018 torn ACL. He was a two-year starter for the Packers before going down and gives the Jaguars another linebacker on the inside. Jacksonville should give Ryan an extended look down the stretch after signing him to a two-year, $8 million deal this offseason.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports the Jaguars are expected to place LB Jake Ryan (knee) on the reserve/NFI list.
The Jags will stash Ryan on NFI while he continues to rehab a torn ACL he suffered last summer. The ex-Packer has compiled 206 career tackles, one sack and one forced fumble over 43 NFL appearances including 27 starts.

Jaguars signed LB Jake Ryan, formerly of the Packers.
Ryan missed all of 2018 to ACL surgery. He made an impact as a two-year starter before that, so this is a solid flyer for Jacksonville. Ryan figures to compete with Leon Jacobs on the strong side, though he’ll likely end up in a part-time role.

Packers ILB Jake Ryan has been diagnosed with a torn ACL and will miss the season.
Ryan went down in Monday’s practice and will be sent to injured reserve. The 2015 fourth fourth-rounder was heading into the final year of his rookie deal and will now hit free agency next March coming off an ACL rehab. The Packers figure to turn to Blake Martinez and rookie Oren Burks inside.

Packers ILB Jake Ryan suffered an ankle injury in Sunday’s loss to the Titans.
The run stopper went down in the first quarter. Green Bay’s ground defense got relentlessly exposed Sunday. Ryan’s loss would be bad news.

Packers ILB Jake Ryan (ankle) is questionable for Week 12 against the Eagles.
Despite the questionable tag, coach Mike McCarthy said he’s “very optimistic” Ryan will play. Ryan’s return comes at a good time with Blake Martinez (knee) out.

Packers coach Mike McCarthy said he is “very optimistic” ILB Jake Ryan will play Monday night against the Eagles.
“He’s a tough guy. He feels good,” McCarthy said. “I see Jake playing.” Ryan’s return comes at a good time with Blake Martinez looking likely to sit due to a knee injury. The Packers defense has been an injury nightmare all season.
