Colts signed UMass TE Jean Sifrin.
Sifrin (6'5/245) is a 28-year-old former high school dropout who spent one season at UMass, catching 42 balls for 642 yards (15.3 YPR) and six TDs, dominating teenagers in the FCS. Exposed as a mediocre athlete in Indianapolis, Sifrin clocked 4.84 with a 33-inch vertical and 9-foot-6 broad jump. Sifrin looks the part with long arms (33 3/8") and big hands (11"), but is a severely overaged, low-ceiling prospect who could get weeded out of the NFL quickly.
