Cowan

Cowan will provide the Braves with some additional minor-league infield depth next season. The 26-year-old, who was a 37th round selection back in 2013, hit .258/.367/.366 with four homers and 18 steals across 348 plate appearances at Double-A Arkansas in the Mariners’ system last season.

The 25-year-old spent the 2019 season at Double-A Arkansas where he slashed .264/.345/.307 with two homers, 33 RBI and 17 stolen bases. He’ll need to be awfully impressive during spring training to have a shot at securing a reserve role on the Mariners’ Opening Day roster.
