Bengals signed WR Mitchell Tinsley to a one-year extension.
He was an exclusive rights free agent. Tinsley pushed former third-rounder Jermaine Burton out of Joe Burrow’s circle of trust in the preseason and managed an 8/116/2 seasonal receiving line, with 15 of those targets coming against the Ravens and Patriots as Tee Higgins was out. Tinsley isn’t exactly a fantasy football sleeper, but Burrow’s rapport with him does make him interesting as a contingency plan. The Bengals also signed these 18 other players to ERFA one-year deals or futures contracts: LB Liam Anderson, C Jacob Bayer, HB Gary Brightwell, QB Sean Clifford, OT Andrew Coker, DT Howard Cross, OT Javon Foster, WR Xavier Johnson, CB Jalen Kimber, CB Bralyn Lux, WR Jordan Moore, LB Antwaun Powell-Ryland, S Russ Yeast, DE Isaiah Foskey, LB Joe Giles-Harris, LB Shaka Heyward, TE Cam Grandy, and S PJ Jules.

Duke freshman QB Jordan Moore completed 6-of-12 passes for 63 yards and a touchdown, and ran 17 times for 113 yards and a touchdown in Duke’s 48-17 loss to Virginia Tech.
Moore (6'2"/180) came in for Riley Leonard midway through the third, with the Duke offense struggling mightily and the Hokies already up 27. Moore was a breath of fresh air, leading the Blue Devils to an immediate score. He hung in the pocket in the face of oncoming pressure and delivered a good ball down the seam for the score, and took a massive hit for his troubles. Moore mostly kept it on the ground, and did cough up the ball on a sack that VT took for a score, but his running led to a touchdown on the next drive, with Moore gaining 54 yards on the ground himself. Moore certainly outplayed Leonard in this one, but it was mostly in garbage time. Still, with the Blue Devils season coming to a close and having lost six straight it might not hurt to give Moore a shot. They take on Louisville next week.

Duke received a verbal commitment from three-star 2021 ATH Jordan Moore.
Moore (6'2/175) was additionally considering UCLA, Maryland, Virginia, Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Wisconsin, Syracuse and Boston College. The three-star athlete will start out as a quarterback under HC David Cutcliffe once he hits the collegiate ranks. He also has receiver and defensive back upside, should signal-caller not work out down the road. Hailing from Towson, Moore slots onto the 247Sports composite board as the No. 31 prospect in the state of Maryland for the 2021 cycle.

Uncommitted three-star 2021 ATH Jordan Moore will announce his college choice on Saturday.
Moore (6'2/175) gets the “athlete” designation, but 247Sports believes that he’ll play wide receiver at the collegiate level. He has offers from several high-profile schools like Wisconsin, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Maryland and several more; but it’s widely believed that he’ll be making his pledge to Duke on Saturday night. He’s graded 31st among players from the state of Maryland (Loyola Blakefield HS) by 247Sports, and 81st among those who get the ATH symbol.
