Guardians re-signed C Cameron Barstad to a minor league contract and invited him to spring training.
Barstad, a former Marlins prospect, will spend a second year in the Guardians organization after hitting .208/.290/.309 in 70 games in Double-A in 2025. He’ll likely compete for a job as Cooper Ingle’s backup in Triple-A.
