Phillies signed RHP Colin Peluse to a minor league contract.
Peluse had pitched his entire career with the A’s since being drafted out of Wake Forest in 2019 and reached Triple-A in 2022, though he spent last season back in Double-A and had a 2.64 ERA and a 54/12 K/BB in 58 innings for Midland. He’ll be fighting for a spot on the Triple-A roster in the spring.
