Tigers OF prospect Connor Harrell drove in a career-high five runs Monday in a win for Double-A Erie.
Harrell homered twice while slugging his first career grand slam. It was the second multi-homer game of Harrell’s career with his first coming on July 29, 2014. Monday’s explosion ended a 12-game homeless drought for Harrell, who is hitting .275 with a .793 OPS through 27 games. The 25-year-old missed 15 games with a strained oblique earlier this year.
