Mariners sent RHP Domingo González outright to Triple-A Tacoma.

González went unclaimed on waivers after being designated for assignment last week. The 26-year-old allowed four runs over 7 2/3 innings during his time with Seattle. He’ll presumably stick around as organizational relief depth on the doorstep of the majors.

Mariners designated RHP Domingo González for assignment.

González gave up four earned runs while throwing 39 pitches to close out yesterday’s loss to the Orioles, so he’s being jettisoned from the roster for a fresh arm. González hadn’t given up an earned run in the majors before yesterday, and will likely be outrighted to Tacoma if he clears waivers.

Mariners recalled RHP Domingo González from Triple-A Tacoma.

González provides Seattle with a fresh arm for the final two contests of a four-game series against Baltimore. The 26-year-old tossed 5 2/3 scoreless frames over four appearances for the Mariners last month during his first taste of the majors.

Mariners optioned RHP Domingo González to Triple-A Tacoma.

González reeled off 5 2/3 scoreless frames over four appearances for the Mariners after being called up back on May 11. The 26-year-old righty should rejoin Seattle’s bullpen at some point in a couple weeks.

Mariners recalled RHP Domingo González from Triple-A Tacoma.

González receives his first promotion to the majors with lefty Jose A. Ferrer away from the club on paternity leave. The 26-year-old was claimed off waivers from the Braves last August and has posted a 1.80 ERA and 14/2 K/BB ratio across 15 innings over 12 relief appearances at the Triple-A level this season.

Mariners optioned RHP Domingo González to Triple-A Tacoma

González was competing for a bullpen role and allowed one run on two hits in four innings while striking out four. He also posted a 4.47 ERA in 42 innings at Triple-A last season, so the Mariners will likely give him some more time at that level.

Mariners claimed RHP Domingo González off waivers from the Braves and optioned him to Triple-A Tacoma.

The Braves added González, 25, to the 40-man last winter after an encouraging 2024, but they never gave him a shot in the majors before DFAing him on Sunday. A fastball-slider pitcher, González averages around 94 mph with his heater. He had a 4.29 ERA and a 39/21 K/BB in 42 innings for Triple-A Gwinnett.

Braves designated RHP Domingo Gonzalez for assignment.

Gonzalez loses his spot on Atlanta’s 40-man roster to make room after reliever Connor Seabold was claimed off waivers from the Rays. The 25-year-old has yet to ascend to the big leagues and holds a lackluster 4.39 ERA across 42 innings (35 appearances) this season for Triple-A Gwinnett.

Braves optioned RHP Domingo Gonzalez to Triple-A Gwinnett.

Gonzalez was added to the 40-man roster to protect him from the Rule 5 draft in November, but the right-hander was never likely to break camp with Atlanta. He could help the bullpen at some point this summer.

Braves selected the contract of RHP Domingo Gonzalez from Triple-A Gwinnett.

Gonzalez, 25, gets a 40-man spot after striking out 83 and posting a 2.91 ERA in 52 2/3 innings as a reliever between Double- and Triple-A last season. He’ll likely open next season back in Triple-A, but he’ll get a look in spring training.
