Josh Green threw three innings and gave up one hit and one run (one earned), striking out three and walking none in Saturday’s 6-3 win over the Padres
Green did not play in 2020 due to the minor league season being cancelled, but he posted a 2.71 ERA and 101 strikeouts over 126 innings in Double-A and High-A ball. The 25-year-old righty spent the 2020 offseason developing a cutter into his pitch mix. Green will likely start his season in the minors, and possibly make his debut later this season.
