The Atlanta Braves have won eight in a row. That’s great. Now they get some good news on top of it: shortstop Dansby Swanson is healthy again and he’s been activated. He’ll play this afternoon in Colorado against the Rockies.

Swanson, who has missed over a month with a foot injury, was batting .265/.330/.468 and 17 homers when he went down. In his place the Braves have used Johan Camargo, the recently acquired Adeiny Hechavarría and a smattering of Charlie Culberson. They’ll be happy to have Swanson back.
