WTSP.com in Tampa Bay reports that Phillies reliever J.C. Romero’s Porsche Panamera was stolen after he drove it to the team’s spring training camp in Florida from his offseason home in Alabama.
The car, which is valued at $190,000, was being serviced at a local Porsche dealership when it was stolen last night.
Hopefully he had insurance, although Romero will make $1.35 million this season and has already earned a total of $19 million for his career, so he’ll probably be able to survive either way.
