Five Cubs players are currently in starting position in the latest National League All-Star balloting. Four of them -- first baseman Anthony Rizzo, third baseman Kris Bryant, outfielder Dexter Fowler and second baseman Ben Zobrist – are within 150,000 votes of the top overall spot in terms of vote totals. Addison Russell leads at short, inexplicably.

The others in the top spot are Yadier Molina at catcher and Bryce Harper and Yoenis Cespedes in the outfield.
